To better serve our customers Idaho Commerce and our partners at the Idaho Economic Development Association are replacing the Land and Building Inventory with Gem State Prospector, a site that combines the features of a land and building inventory with demographic data and GIS mapping. At this time the Land and Building Inventory is no longer accepting new listings. If you have a listing to add, please do so on the Gem State Prospector site. Until our transition to Prospector is complete, the search feature of the Land and Building Inventory will continue to be available to give our users time to migrate their listings to the new system.
